Our journey began in the 1980s when our father, a teacher by profession, decided to dedicate his summers to farming. It started with just 20 acres and a vision to instill strong work ethics in his sons. By the early 2000s, we expanded to 250 acres and produced over 15,000 hand-stacked square bales and 500 round bales annually.

After a hiatus and a period of change, Flynn Family Farms was reborn in 2023 on 190 acres in Danville, KY. With new land, new energy, and the same commitment to excellence, we’ve returned to our roots, producing premium alfalfa and timothy hay.
